Aricolin Investments S.A., Madrid, registered in the commercial register of Madrid under number A88243480 as the issuer of the fractional bonds 2019, ISIN: DE000A2R28T1 / WKN A2R28T, announces that delays in the project development with the investments from the funds of the bonds continue to have an impact. The background to the delays are, among other things, the consequences of the Corona pandemic and the market distortions in response to the Ukraine war. If the bonds were redeemed at maturity on 30 November 2023, the redemption amount would be significantly reduced due to the payments not yet received from the project, which are not expected until 2024. Referring to this background, the issuer proposes to the bondholders a further extension of the bonds until 31 March 2025. In this way, investment returns expected for 2024 could have a positive increasing effect in relation to the redemption amount of the bonds. The issuer will approach the bondholders with further information in the short term.
