The Board of Directors of ESGTI AG (ticker: ESGTI) has decided to extend the 2022 financial year to 30 April 2022, thereby also postponing the balance sheet date for the 2022 financial year to 30 April 2023. In future, ESGTI AG's financial year will run from 1 May to 30 April of the following year.
